$ 180 / Month

Things Included :
- Everything Previous on our Basic Plan
- We require all tenants to have renters insurance.
- We file home warranty claims on your behalf.
- We will project manage any large projects you have for your property.
- We will collect multiple bids on non emergency maintenance
More Things Included :
- We will help file a Tax Protest on your property taxes.
- We will document a property and keep photos on file of all major appliances and fixtures for insurance purposes.
- We will give you full anonymity from your tenants if you would like that.
- We will handle the eviction process should the need ever arise.

Things Included :
- We’ll present you with every service we can offer in a line item format.
- You will be able to pick and chose exactly what you want for your property.
- These charges are monthly and any changes will be applied to the next consecutive month.
- There is no minimum or maximum on services chosen.

What you can expect next.

1. An email with our property management agreement to sign.
2. A follow up email setting up your owners portal and bank account information for rent payment.
